Our friendly and experienced staff will make sure you always feel comfortable and well-informed. Our nurse practitioners, Nancy O'Day , FNP-BC, Hannah Thompson FNP, and Beverly Wells FNP will take their time explaining your skin issues and help you make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Our nurse practitioner, Shelby Hogan FNP-BC, provides personalized one to one care that will make you feel right at home. She has a special focus in cardiology as well.

Nancy Townsend O'Day FNP-BC
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
Nancy was born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware. She married her high school crush and lives on a farm in Frankford with their five dogs (Bandit, Ava Sophia, Brody, Dooney, and Charlie), two cats (Gracie and Ginger), three miniature horses (Patch, Willow and Whiskey), and four pigs Lucy, Henry, Emma, and Penelope. Together Nancy and her husband, Stacy, have three grown children (John Ross, Eric, and Stephanie). Nancy has been in the medical field for close to 30 years and provides thorough skin cancer screening, chronic skin disease management, minor skin cancer surgeries, and select cosmetic procedures in our office. Nancy is no longer seeing primary care patients at this time.
Shelby Clark, FNP-BC
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
(Previously Shelby Hogan) Shelby is originally from Georgia and her southern charm shows in her practice. While she mainly does primary care in our office Shelby has an extensive background in cardiology as well. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings she is in office providing specialized care to all her patients. On her days off you can find her relaxing at home near the becah with her feet propped with her husband trying to figure out "who done it" with some "chickie lay" or riding horses.
Hannah Thompson, FNP-C
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
Hannah lives in Lewes with her husband, son, and fur baby. She has been in the medical field for 10 years and provides thorough skin cancer screening, chronic skin disease management, minor skin cancer surgeries, and skin education in our office. She loves dogs, spending time with her growing family and friends, and relaxing on the water.

Samantha was born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware. She lives in Georgetown with her husband, two dogs, children, and grandchildren. Samantha is currently working towards going back to school to obtain her Nurse Practitioner degree with a hope to one day practice with Nancy.
