What started off as a small office with two exam rooms has since grown into a center with 7 exam rooms including three surgical suites. Our friendly and experienced staff will make sure you always feel comfortable and well-informed. Our nurse practitioner, Nancy O'Day , FNP-BC, will take her time explaining your skin issues and help you make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Nancy Townsend O'Day FNP-BC
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
Nancy was born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware. She married her high school crush and lives on a farm in Frankford with their four dogs (Bandit, Ava Sophia, Brody, and Charlie), two cats (Gracie and Ginger), two miniature horses (Willow and Whiskey), and four pigs Lucy, Henry, Emma, and Penelope. Together Nancy and her husband, Stacy, have three grown children (John Ross, Eric, and Stephanie). Nancy has been in the medical field for close to 30 years and provides thorough skin cancer screening, chronic skin disease management, minor skin cancer surgeries, and select cosmetic procedures in house. Nancy is no longer seeing primary care patients at this time.
Mica Goehner, FNP-BC
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Mica lives in Western Sussex County with her husband and three children. She has been in the medical field for 20 years and providers primary care patients. Mica loves horses, animals, plants, and crafts.
Samantha Welch
Office Manager
Samantha was born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware. She lives in Georgetown with her husband, two dogs, five children, and two grandchildren. Samantha is currently working towards going back to school to obtain her Nurse Practitioner degree with a hope to one day practice with Nancy.
Amber Chambers
Medical Assistant
Amber was born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware. She lives in Lewes with her fiance and four sons. You can find Amber at a practice or game for one of her son's sporting interests most of the time when she's not at the office.
Laurie Knapp
Medical Assistant
Laurie has been working in the medical field for four years and brings a knowledge of cardiology, nephrology, and rheumatology with her. She lives in Hebron with her three children. Laurie brings tons of laughter to our office.
Daisey Chavez
Receptionist
Daisey is our sweet receptionist. She brings her bilingual skills to us from Selbyville, Delaware where she lives with her family. Daisey loves spending time with her friends and family, working out, and the beach.
